24 Brussels sprouts, washed and sliced crosswise in 1/4" pieces
1/2 cup ghee
2 cloves garlic minced
salt & pepper
In a medium skillet, heat ghee on medium high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and cook 10-15 minutes. Stir often, and cook until crispy and caramelized .
Turn off heat and add garlic. Add salt and pepper and serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over Brussels sprouts. Enjoy!
