Baked Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup Grana Padano cheese grated

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup red onion minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • to taste salt & black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a medium-sized mixing bowl mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Grana Padano cheese and onion. Add artichoke hearts, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to shallow baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until light brown on top.
