1 dozen hard-boiled duck eggs
2 tablespoons milk yogurt whole
1 teaspoon pickle juice (from naturally fermented pickles if possible)
1 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
to taste salt and pepper
paprika for garnish smoked
Peel hardboiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork then stir in yogurt, pickle juice, mustard and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Fill each egg white with a dollop of the yolk filling and garnish eggs with a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
