Blackberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon real maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. Minimal blending results in a jam-like consistency. Further blending will produce jelly. Pour mixture into a glass jar and chill for 60 minutes before serving.
