5 cups frozen cubed watermelon
Optional Ingredients
2 tablespoons coconut cream

Add frozen watermelon cubes (and optional coconut cream) to a food processor. We suggest high-speed for this recipe if you’d like to use a blender instead. Pulse first to mince the frozen fruit, and then switch to puree.

Puree until smooth, stopping to scrape down the food processor frequently. Sweeten to taste. If firmer texture is desired, transfer to the freezer for an hour.
