“We prioritize bringing in wild caught, local, and sustainably-farmed seafood as well as establishing Fair-Trade Certified partnerships. Providing stellar customer service is a big priority for us. We have a full service case–how everything is displayed makes a huge difference. Our customer service has a very close relationship with managers, offering cooking tips, suggestions, interacting with customers, helping them plan a meal, highlighting something unique we sell and focusing on education.”
What is your favorite seafood dish and how do you prepare it?
“Wild Caught Shrimp Scampi! Sauté the shrimp in Lazy Acres homemade garlic herb butter over medium-high heat for 4 minutes or until the shrimp turns bright orange. Serve over rice and with a side of steamed organic asparagus. Yum-o!”
