Can you share an accomplishment you are most proud of during your time with Lazy Acres?
“I completed the retail management program in 2015. That really propelled my career with the company. Completing the program prepared me with leadership skills, strengthened my time management skills, and got me to research and educate myself further on the attributes and qualities of meats that our customers are looking for.”
Which meat is the centerpiece of your holiday table at home?
“Rib roast using Santa Maria seasoning, rub with olive oil and 20 min per pound in the oven at 350 degrees.”
If you were stuck on a desert island and could only take 3 products from Lazy Acres, what would they be?
