Fantabulous Fougasse

Voudriez-vous Fougasse? Oui s’il vous plaît.

What is Fougasse? To answer that question we have to go back to ancient Rome. This bread was baked in the ashes of the hearth of the oven, similar to a primitive pizza without tomatoes or sauce. The French added some savory elements to make the modern day Fougasse. We have added an Olive Fougasse and a Red Pepper Fougasse to our everyday lineup that is sure to become a new favorite in your household.
